Creating dried, adsorbed samples will improve the separation performance on any cartridge. Biotage Samplet are designed for quick and convenient loading of concentrated samples.After the sample has been applied to the Samplet, the solvent is allowed to evaporate. The Samplet is then inserted into the Biotage Sfär Duo columns and you are ready to go.Samplets also are used as guard columns for Biotage Sfar C18, Biotage Sfar Bio C18 and Biotage Sfar Bio C4 columns.These Samplets are compatible with 50 to 120 gram columns and contain approximately 10 grams of C18 sorbent material. Solid Load Cartridges. Available prepacked or empty to fill with your own sorbent. Solid sample loading is a useful technique to load samples to be purified with a CombiFlash instrument onto a RediSep Rf column, particularly in the case of low-solubility samples. All CombiFlash systems are designed for either solid or liquid sample loading. Teledyne Isco Solid Phase Sample Load Cartridges are available either empty (to fill with your own sorbent) or pre-filled with silica gel or reversed-phase C18 material. Several sizes of sample load cartridges (5, 25, 65, and 270 gram nominal sorbent capacity) allow loading of sample amounts from milligrams to tens of grams. When used on the CombiFlash Companion and Rf systems, the cartridges are used with a solid load cartridge cap. This adjustable cap minimizes void volumes in the cartridge so that accurate gradients can be delivered.
